Meagan is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board, bringing a diverse clinical background in emergency medicine and orthopedics to her role at IWC. She is passionate about providing comprehensive, compassionate care to individuals experiencing both acute and chronic wound-related conditions. Her approach to practice is centered on holistic, patient-focused care, combining clinical expertise, evidence-based knowledge, and genuine compassion to achieve the best possible outcomes for every patient.
In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Meagan plays an integral role in the daily operations of IWC. She serves as the primary billing audit specialist, utilizing her extensive knowledge of Medicare guidelines and billing requirements to support accuracy, compliance, and quality. She is also a key contributor to the internal clinical auditing team.
As the lead regional provider, Meagan regularly travels to partner facilities to foster strong relationships with facility teams and providers. She provides on-site clinical education, assists with survey readiness and support, and works collaboratively with facility leadership to promote quality patient care and operational excellence.
Meagan earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee—Go Vols!—and her Master’s degree from Tennessee State University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending church, playing sports, and cheering on her Tennessee Volunteers.
